After your purchase, please email us a copy or photo of your valid contact lens prescription. If you’ve had your eyes tested at Eyecare Project, there’s no need to email us; we already have your prescription on file.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
When ordering contact lenses online, you can either opt in to collect in store or delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-8 business days for greater metropolitan areas.
